This six-week study with 50 participants found that LifeWave Silent Nights patches improved sleep by 2.22 hours compared to 0.98 hours in the placebo group in the first two weeks. After four weeks, sleep duration increased by 2.53 hours on average with the active patches. The patches were well-tolerated with no adverse reactions, indicating they are a safe and effective treatment for insomnia.

Results showed 72% had normal daytime sleepiness, 80% reported better sleep quality, and 88% experienced longer sleep.
